Frank Garafalo serves as Chief Financial Officer at Decera Clinical, bringing a proven track record of financial leadership, operational scale‑up, and value creation.
Prior to joining Decera Clinical, Frank was with Eden Capital, a private equity buyout fund focused on the education and training sector. At Eden, he served as both Finance Operating Partner to portfolio companies and as CFO of the fund, overseeing fund accounting, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and internal financial operations.
Before Eden Capital, Frank served as Senior Vice President of Finance at WCG Clinical, a private equity–backed pharmaceutical services company. During his tenure, the business scaled significantly, growing revenues by more than 50% through a combination of strong organic growth initiatives and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Frank was CFO of Schoology, Inc., a private equity–owned K‑12 EdTech company, where he helped lead a successful operational turnaround culminating in a favorable exit. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer at Certara, supporting the company’s growth from under $100 million in revenue to more than $200 million and contributing to a successful exit.
Guy Slatcher serves as President of Decera Clinical Communications, where he leads the medical communications organization with a focus on scientific excellence, service innovation, and high impact delivery for life science partners.
Guy is a transformational leader with an extraordinary depth of experience across the pharmaceutical and life science industry. He has a strong track record of building award-winning teams and delivering industry-leading medical communications.
After earning a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Southampton (UK) he began his career in clinical research at AstraZeneca before going on to leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim in the UK, Germany and the US. Subsequently he went on to build a distinguished career in medical communications at organizations including Phase V (Grey/WPP), Nucleus Group (Inizio), and Chameleon Communications (Omnicom Health) - where he served as US President. Most recently, he led the IPG Health Medical Communications network, overseeing agencies CMC Connect, Caudex, and Complete Regulatory across the US, UK, Canada, and South Africa.

Dr. Tina B. Stacy serves as President of Decera Clinical Education. Responsible for overall strategy and growth, Dr. Stacy focuses on healthcare professionals across the care continuum; developing strategic approaches to meeting educational, informational, and data needs in support of the improvement of patient care and outcomes. In addition, she is charged with identifying and implementing strategies for cross-team efficiency, innovation, and partnership. In 2026, Dr. Stacy was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions.
Prior to joining Decera Clinical, Dr. Stacy served in a number of positions throughout the Conisus organization including Chief Strategy Officer, Conisus; President, Educational Concepts Group; and President, Envision Communications. Her responsibilities included development and implementation of scientific strategy, grants, and outcomes strategy and analysis.
Preceding her career in Education and healthcare communications, Dr. Stacy was Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Coordinator for the Blood and Marrow Transplant Group of Georgia. A graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Stacy completed her hematology/oncology residency at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Stacy has authored several abstracts, and papers presented at meetings held by the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Society of Hematology. She was honored as the recipient of the 2023 Frances M. Maitland Memorial Mentoring Award and the 2012 Brian P. Russell Exemplary CME Professional award.

Andrew Chamlin serves as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for Decera Clinical’s global commercial strategy and client development. He leads the alignment of Decera Clinical’s Education, Insights, and Communications divisions under a unified vision, expanding the company’s impact by helping clients transform scientific evidence into actionable knowledge that advances patient care. Andrew brings a unique combination of client, agency, and digital platform experience that helps drive Decera Clinical’s go-to-market strategy.
Before joining Decera Clinical, Andrew served as Chief Marketing Officer at Aspargo Labs, where he led product commercialization and advanced the company’s global expansion efforts. Previously, he spent more than a decade at the Interpublic Group, ultimately serving as Global Chief Marketing Officer at IPG Health and guiding growth across a network of healthcare professional, consumer, and medical communications agencies.
Andrew also held senior roles at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, where he built the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, and at Revolution Health, where he led marketing and advertising sales. Marcus Underwood is a veteran C-level operator with a proven track record of scaling digital businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across technology, product, marketing, and revenue functions. Ali brings 18 years of leadership experience across medical communications and pharma services, spanning oncology, immunology, rare diseases, and the full spectrum of scientific engagement. Within the organization, she has held leadership roles overseeing scientific strategy, insights‑driven platform development, and the integration of teams and capabilities that now form the communications and insights divisions.
Her background also includes leadership roles within the Syneos (formerly inVentiv) network, where she expanded her expertise in CME and medical communications, as well as senior positions at Vaniam Group, an oncology‑focused agency that she helped scale into one of the most prominent privately held oncology agencies in the U.S.
